Pre-Spud Preparations

Before drilling begins, we take essential steps to ensure all required equipment is on-site and ready for use, including procuring sample bags, vials, gas detection instruments, and any other specialized wellsite tools. We carefully calibrate, test, and ensure that each piece of equipment is in optimal working condition. Our meticulous planning and logistics management ensure the timely delivery and setup of all tools, preventing any delays once the drilling process starts. This proactive approach supports seamless operations, effective safety monitoring, and efficient data collection, allowing for accurate results and minimizing disruptions throughout the project.

Detailed & Timely Reporting

We equip all our associates with Wellsight Systems’ Strip.Log and Horizontal.Log software, enabling them to present geological data clearly and concisely, including ROP, Total Gas, Gamma Ray, and other engineering metrics. We generate daily reports using Microsoft Excel and send them, along with strip logs, via email to keep our clients fully informed. Wellsight Systems also provides a free log viewer on their website (www.wellsight.com) for easy access to the data.

Accurate Documentation & Reporting

Maintaining detailed records is a fundamental part of our approach to well and project supervision. From planning to completion, we carefully document operational data, safety measures, and project outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability. This structured record-keeping not only supports informed decision-making but also improves future project planning and drives continuous improvement efforts.
